Beach Coders Academy has new Hiring Partner
Beach Coders Academy in El Segundo, which teaches people with any tech skill level how to design websites, mobile apps and how to become a professional coder, recently partnered with a job placement company that puts their graduates in Fortune 500 companies.
Founder James DeCicco said the academy is the only school in the South Bay and throughout Santa Monica that has this partnership. The company, Launch Code, is a non-profit that has relationships with more than 300 major corporations and will place full-time and paid apprenticeships.
Beach Coders Academy classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of coding, including HTML, CSS & JavaScript. While some graduates will use their experience to enhance their skills, others can use it as a stepping stone to a full-time job as a developer.
