BeachCoders Successfully Pivots to Live Online Sessions Amidst COVID-19
March 23, 2020, Manhattan Beach, CA: BeachCoders successfully pivots to Live Online Sessions amidst COVID-19
BeachCoders® Academy, a local live in-person web development ‘coding boot camp’ in Manhattan Beach, CA has successfully made the pivot to Live Online Sessions amidst COVID-19, enabling students to seamlessly continue their learning without interruption.
The widely celebrated south-bay Los Angeles coding Bootcamp has successfully implemented its transition to live online (synchronous online) learning several weeks ahead of schedule in step with the government-ordered shutdown of public gatherings.
“BeachCoders is always focused on our students’ experience and our team has stepped up to implement whatever was necessary to make this transition timely and seamless”, said founder and director of BeachCoders® Academy James DeCicco. “While solving this immediate challenge, we are simultaneously crafting new technologies to make our online offering the best experience above anything in the space”, said DeCicco.
BeachCoders® Academy was founded in 2015 with a mission to serve the Los Angeles South Bay with part-time, professional level tech training in a small class environment. BeachCoders® tuition is also a fraction of the cost compared to other schools offering similar courses.
The school has garnered high praise from LA City Councilman Joe Buscaino, California State Assemblyman Al Muratsuchi and a top achievement award from the South Bay Workforce Investment Board. Grads and Staff have gone on to work at companies like Space-X, NASA, Google, and Legal Zoom. Most importantly, the students and grads continue to share their positive support for the quality of education they’ve received from BeachCoders®.
